1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Buzzed Sports, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy .

If you do not agree, do not use the applicable Buzzed Sports services.

2. Buzzed Sports Accounts

Certain features require a Buzzed Sports account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for protecting access to your account.

You may not impersonate another person, misuse another person's account, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the security of Buzzed Sports.

3. Community and User Conduct

Buzzed Sports is built for sports discussion, commentary and community participation. Users are expected to participate lawfully and responsibly.

You may not use Buzzed Sports to:

• harass, threaten or unlawfully target others;
• post unlawful or knowingly fraudulent material;
• distribute malware or attempt unauthorized system access;
• spam, manipulate engagement or abuse platform features;
• violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• impersonate Buzzed Sports, its staff or another user; or
• use automated systems in a way that damages or disrupts the service.

Buzzed Sports may moderate, restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to operate and protect the platform.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to Buzzed Sports.

By submitting content for display or publication, you grant Buzzed Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as necessary to operate, promote and provide the Buzzed Sports service and the feature where you submitted it.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that its use through Buzzed Sports does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.

5. Buzzed Sports Content and Intellectual Property

Buzzed Sports names, logos, branding, graphics, site design, original programming and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Buzzed Sports and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

Sports league, team, player, event and third-party names, trademarks or media remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Fan Zone, Pick'em, Giveaways and Promotions

Buzzed Sports may offer Pick'em contests, giveaways, polls, trivia and other fan activities. Participation may be subject to additional official rules, deadlines, eligibility requirements, scoring systems and prize conditions.

Buzzed Sports may correct scoring or technical errors when necessary to preserve the integrity of an activity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fan games and Pick'em features are provided for entertainment and are not gambling services.

7. Merchandise and Purchases

Purchases made through the Buzzed Sports Shop or related commerce features may be subject to additional checkout, fulfillment, shipping, return or payment-provider terms.

Product availability, pricing and fulfillment information may change. Buzzed Sports may correct obvious pricing or listing errors.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Buzzed Sports may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties, including social-media platforms, video services, Google services, commerce providers, payment providers and other technology vendors.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Buzzed Sports is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep Buzzed Sports available and useful, but features may occasionally be unavailable, changed, interrupted or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, business or other reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature, integration, statistic, score, notification or third-party data source.

10. Sports Information

Buzzed Sports provides sports news, commentary, scores, opinions, community discussion and related information for informational and entertainment purposes.

While we work to provide accurate information, live scores, statistics, schedules and third-party information can change or contain errors.

11. Suspension and Termination

Buzzed Sports may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security concerns, legal requirements or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

Users may stop using Buzzed Sports at any time and may use available account controls to manage their account.

12. Disclaimers

Buzzed Sports is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that every feature will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Buzzed Sports and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

Buzzed Sports may update these Terms as the platform, services or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will include a revised effective date when appropriate.

Continued use of Buzzed Sports after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
